Recycled Mats Terms and Conditions for the Farm Stay Giveaway
Promoter:
This competition is a collaboration between Global Kids Oz Pty Ltd (ABN 93140968592) trading as Recycled Mats and Stagbit Adventure.
Competition Overview:
We are excited to offer a weekend farm stay getaway in one of Stagbit Adventure's kitted-out campervans at the stunning Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate, along with one of our recycled mats and additional goodies.
Competition Dates:
Your camping adventure kicks off on Friday, 31 January 2025, after 2 PM, and all good things must end, so check-out is by 11 AM on Sunday, 2 February 2025.
General Entry Terms
Eligibility:
All entrants must be over 18 years old. Employees, immediate families, and their associated companies and agencies are ineligible to enter.
Entry Requirements:
All entries must be received before the closing date specified on the entry form. Recycled Mats accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion, or other reasons. Unless specified, only one entry per person is permitted, regardless of multiple email addresses.
Entry Fee:
There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter unless otherwise stated.
Prize Conditions:
- The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
- The prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
- While we generally reserve stock for competitions and giveaways, we reserve the right to cancel or substitute the prize without notice if the named prize becomes unavailable.
- Transferability: If you are unable to redeem this prize on the dates mentioned, you can transfer it to a local friend. If not transferred, the giveaway will be redrawn.
- This is a local giveaway as your stay will be in Sleepy Hollow.
Cancellation Rights:
Recycled Mats and Stagbit Adventure reserve the right to cancel the weekend away due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
Entry Process:
Entrants must enter each individual competition as it is advertised. Entry into one competition does not automatically entitle entrants to other competitions. Recycled Mats reserves the right to monitor and moderate all entries. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
Disqualification:
Recycled Mats reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, or engages in conduct that is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter.
Contact Information Changes:
If an entrant's contact details change during the promotional period, it is the entrant's responsibility to notify Recycled Mats. Requests to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to supertroopers@recycledmats.com.au.
Competition Winners and Draws
Winner Selection:
All competition winners are at the final discretion of Recycled Mats. The prize will be awarded to the person named in the entry. In case of a dispute, the prize will be awarded to the account holder of the entry mechanism used to submit their entry.
Draw Process:
Winners will be drawn randomly using a third-party draw system one working day after the closing date. All draws are video recorded, and lists of entrants are maintained. Winners and draw results can be supplied by email request to supertroopers@recycledmats.com.au.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be announced within 14 days (usually on the day of the draw) via email and social media posts using the first name and first letter of the surname for privacy. Winners will be contacted by phone to arrange prize delivery; please provide a valid contact number.
Competition Period:
The competition period will be specified on the entry form, and all times are in NSW time (AEST or AEDT).
Unclaimed Prizes:
If we cannot contact the winner(s) within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and redraw for a replacement winner.
Final Decisions:
Recycled Mats's decision regarding all competition matters will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Compliance:
If for any reason Recycled Mats believes the Eligible Entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, we may refuse to award a Prize. Additional reserve entries may be selected at random in case of invalid entries or ineligible entrants.
Prize Substitutions:
We will do our best to hold stock as shown in the giveaway packs. In the case that the exact product is not available, we will swap it for a product of the same value and type.
Use of Personal Information
By entering this competition, you agree to have your email address added to our database for email newsletters. Winners' first names and first letters of surnames will be used for winner announcements on our social media platforms and EDMs. All entries are subject to the Website Terms of Use, Privacy, and Security Policy.
Other Terms
Recycled Mats reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any other event outside of our control. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
These competition terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia. All promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or any other social network.

Timing is Everything
- The competition starts on the 1st of Nov 2024 and wraps up on the 20th of Dec 2024. Don’t be fashionably late—entries outside these dates won’t count.

What You’ll Win (and What You Need to Know)
- The winner will score a two-night escape in our brand-new, tricked-out campervan, fully set up at Sleepy Hollow Manor Estate Campsite for the ultimate lazy arrival. Just show up and chill!
- Foodie Welcome: Upon arrival, you’ll find a delicious cheese platter and breakfast basket awaiting you to kick off your stay in style. For all other meals, please bring your own food supplies.
- Check-in & Check-out: Your camping adventure kicks off on Friday, 31 January 2025, after 2 PM, and all good things must end, so check-out is by 11 AM on Sunday, 2 February 2025.
- Pack Your Essentials: Make sure to bring these must-haves to complete your stay:
- Towels
- Clothes
- Drinks
- Food for 48 hours
- Mosquito repellent
- Sunscreen
- Phone charger
- The campervan will be stocked with all the essentials:
- Camp Comfort: 2 camping chairs and a table for those laid-back sunset moments.
- Snug Sleeping: Bedding for the double bed, including sheets, a cozy doona, and pillows.
- Camp Kitchen Gear: Cooking utensils (frypan, tongs, spatula), pot for boiling water, coffee brewing machine (a necessity!), glassware (2 cups, 2 mugs), plates, bowls, cutlery for two, chopping board, and a sharp knife.
- Basics Covered: Plenty of fresh water for an outdoor cold-water shower, dishwashing, etc.
- Extras: Portable toilet on-site, gas stove with butane canisters & firewood.
- How Stuff Works: Detailed instructions for operating the van’s power system, plumbing, awning, and all other equipment will be provided with the van. We’ve got you covered so you can feel like a pro!
- Please note: The campervan is fully set up and cannot be moved. It stays where it’s parked, so don’t even think about a joyride!

How We Pick the Winner
- We’ll randomly pick a lucky legend on the 20th of Dec 2024. We’ll give you a shout via email or mobile within 48 hours. Don’t ghost us—claim your prize within 7 days, or we’ll pass it to the next camping enthusiast.

The “Please Don’t Break Our Baby” Clause
- Damage Duty: You break it, you buy it (well, kinda). Any damage to the van or its fit-out during your stay will be on your tab. Please treat it like it’s a new puppy: gentle and loving.
- No Smoking Zone: Smoking near or in the van? Absolutely not. Violators will face a cleaning fee and side-eye from us.
- Hands Off the Settings: No van tweaks, modifications, or “Let’s see what this button does.” She’s set up just right, so let’s keep it that way!
- Movement Restrictions: We mean it—don’t move the van from its spot. She’s parked, prepped, and ready for lounging, not driving.
- No Wild Parties: Keep it classy—no pets, no dangerous stunts, and no illegal shenanigans in or around the van, please.

- Stagbit Adventures isn’t responsible for any oopsies, uh-ohs, or other mishaps while you’re enjoying your stay. By entering, you’re agreeing to let us off the hook.
